Through-Hole PCB Assembly
At AES we have a fully equipped through-hole facility which undertakes assembly using hand or automated wave soldering.
Our Blundell CMS 400 wave soldering machine provides volume soldering capability to perform operations required by our customers. The machine will deliver high throughput production with minimal flux residues.
Our new Mirtec AOI system has capability to inspect not only surface mount components but through-hole assembly as well to ensure high quality of finished product.
Trained operators at AES have all necessary equipment and tools to preform, populate and solder in compliance with Lead-Free and RoHS PCB assembly standards.
